MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled by the member. Memberships can be cancelled anytime, and membership access will continue until the end of the current membership period (either 1 month or 3 month, depending on the membership duration currently in effect), unless specifically requested to end immediately.
Auto-renewal durations work as follows:
1-month memberships auto-renew as monthly memberships.
3-month memberships auto-renew as monthly memberships after the initial 3 months.
In both cases, memberships renew on the same day of the month as the initial start date, except when a month has less days than the original month, in which case the membership will renew on the last day of the month. For example, if a memberhip is purchased on January 31, it will renew on February 28 unless it's a leap year, in which case the membership will renew on February 29.
MEMBERSHIP MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with the membership, we will refund 100% of the membership price within 1 month of purchase.
For 1-month memberships, this means you will receive a full refund if you request a refund prior to the first monthly auto-renewal. If you request a refund after a monthly auto-renewal, we will refund the current month, but not the previous month(s).
For 3-month memberships, this means you will receive the full refund if you request a refund prior to starting the second month of your 3-month membership. If you requrest a refund after the start of a subsequent month, we will refund the current month, but not the previous months(s).
In both cases, the month start-date is based on your purchase date, not on the calendar month. For example, if you purchased the membership on the 10th of the month, your membership will auto-renew on the 10th of each subsequent month.
Your membership entitles you to access to the membership content. You may access the content as much or as little as you wish. Failing to use your membership does not constitute grounds for a refund. However, we understand life gets busy.
